Equipment optimization processing to meet processing needs:
In view of the viscosity of magnesium oxide, we have carried out professional treatment and process optimization design for the equipment: the pipeline is sprayed with special substances, and the circulating air of the system is increased to reduce the viscosity of the material; Improve the clogging of the mill.
The raw materials are fed into the crushing chamber by quantitative feeding, and the materials are scattered to the periphery of the ring roller under the action of centrifugal force and fall into the raceway of the grinding ring to be crushed, rolled and ground by the grinding roller. After being crushed in the first layer, the material falls into the second and third layers, and after being crushed in the third layer, it is thrown out by the throwing disc, and is sucked into the classifier by the negative pressure of the induced draft fan. Coarse particles are sorted by a classifier and fall back for regrinding, while fine powder enters a cyclone collector or a bag filter to collect gas-solid separation with negative pressure airflow. The material is discharged from the discharge valve, and the air is purified by the dust collector and then discharged through the fan and muffler.

Safety and storage:

After years of market launch, they have been unanimously recognized and praised by domestic and foreign high temperature electric heating pipe customers. It is suitable for the production of all air-fired electric heating elements below 1200 degrees high temperature, and can withstand high temperature heat treatment (such as 1050℃ annealing). The product is made of high-quality fused magnesia as raw material and processed by absorbing foreign advanced technology. Compared with domestic ordinary high-temperature electrical and magnesium oxide products, it has the following quality advantages:
1. Low magnetic content:
Most domestic manufacturers are between 200ppm and 600ppm, while our company’s special high-temperature electrical grade magnesium oxide H series products are ≤60ppm; lower magnetic content is conducive to improving the working life of electric heating tubes. According to formal experimental tests, the working life can be increased by more than 20%.
2. Lower moisture content (LOl):
That is, lower moisture content. Domestic ordinary products are generally ≥0.08%, or even higher (more than 0.1%), while the special high-temperature electrical grade magnesium oxide H series is only less than 0.04%. This index is conducive to the dehumidification of electric heating elements. For long tubes, it is easy to dehumidify and avoid tube expansion during heat treatment;
3. Lower hydration rate:
The lower the hydration rate of magnesium oxide, the lower the hygroscopicity of magnesium oxide, which makes the moisture absorption rate of magnesium oxide slower.
4. Lower sintering index:
The performance of the electric heating tube is that the degree of high-voltage decay is smaller when bending (compared with ordinary products), which is conducive to improving the compressive strength of electric heating elements.
5. No organic impurities:
It can avoid the carbonization and blackening of organic matter during heat treatment caused by organic impurities that may be entrained in magnesium oxide.
6. Better electrical performance:
In general, compared with products of the same level, this product has better electrical performance; when used on tubes longer than 2.5 meters, the test data is more effective, and the insulation resistance and compressive strength have increased significantly year-on-year.
7. This product has uniform color, beautiful appearance, and low dust, which is conducive to improving the on-site environment of powder addition.
